(OTCBB: XCEL), a developer of a patented mobile payments & banking platforms, is pleased to announce that is has executed an agreement to have 3i Infotech develop and integrate Xcellink's patented software into a mobile bill presentment and payment platform for the Apple iPhone platform. The new technology is expected to be ready for testing in early January 2010. After the testing has been completed on the iPhone, Xcellink will begin software development and integration for Research in Motion's Blackberry software and also for Nokia smart phones.
