The Board of Directors of Xcellink International Limited is responsible for the corporate governance of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of Xcellink International Limited on behalf of the Shareholders.

As the Board acts on behalf of, and is accountable to, the Shareholders, the Board seeks to identify the expectations of the Shareholders, as well as other regulatory and ethical expectations and obligations. In addition, the Board is responsible for identifying areas of significant business risk and ensuring arrangements are in place to adequately manage those risks.

The Board seeks to discharge these responsibilities in a number of ways. The responsibility for the operation and administration of the Company is delegated by the Board to the Managing Directors and the executive team. The Board ensures that this team is appropriately qualified and experienced to discharge their responsibilities.
Michael J. Malbourne
Director
Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. He has over 30 years of experience at the most senior levels in company management with extensive experience in all aspects of accounting, corporate finance, marketing, strategic planning and risk management for a number of companies. These include: SIRF Ltd,

Exicom Ltd, Pratt Industries Group, Caterpillar Tractor Company, and ES & A Bank Ltd. Michael has participated with a hands-on involvement in Syndicated Funds; raising more than A$ 1.1 billion - with recipients of these funds being 13 investee companies located and operating in North America, the Asian Pacific region and Australia.

More recently Michael has served as a Director and Consultant to a number of high growth companies that have required significant value-add to exploit and commercialize their technologies.
John W. Adcock
Founder
John is the founder and driving force behind Xcellink International. He has over 25 years of diverse technology experience in the marketing of information appliances, integrated mobile office solutions and wireless data products, a detailed knowledge of many data and graphical software products, and a highly developed knowledge of the needs of modern business systems.

John has been responsible for the development of a number of automated quotation, business reporting and specialized information systems and has had a direct involvement in the implementation and commercialisation of Mobile EFTPOS (Analogue & GSM) technology.

More recently John has been directly responsible for driving the development and management of the intellectual property, obtaining and the registration of international patents, prototype and initial project planning, identifying market opportunities and the development of the initial marketing collateral.
Ray T. Powers
Director
Ray brings decades of national and international telecom and technology company experience to the table. He began a 30 career with AT&T then went on to serve in senior level positions within the technology sector including President & CEO of facilities-based CLEC's as well as the President of three different wireless technology companies. Notable accomplishments include development of the "Calling Name Delivery" protocol, which we know as Caller ID, and multiple innovative technology trials including wireless IP applications, satellite communications, early evaluation of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) functionality, and a variety of switched bandwidth applications.

He has also had extensive involvement with the Project Management Institute, and served as the Director of Standards and on their Board of Directors. In the non profit sector, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Center for New Directions, the Family Services Agency, and The Executive Initiatives Institute.

He co-authored Best Practices of Project Management Groups in Large Functional Organizations; hold a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Arizona State University, an MBA in Technology Management and a Doctorate in Leadership.
