The Board has established an Advisory Board which operates under a charter approved by the Board. It is the Board's responsibility to ensure that decisions made in respect to important technical aspects and the bases for commercialisation of Xcellink's business processes are soundly based and supported by the Advisory Board.

The Xcellink Board will utilize the resources of the Advisory Board to advise it in regard to the merits and soundness of technology and commercial decisions proposed by the Board.
